Ever since the Tampa Premium Outlets opened in October 2015, the area has expanded tremendously and is still growing.

Recently, the At Home Decor Superstore opened just in time for Black Friday right next to the Tampa Premium Outlets. This store sells a variety of things for home decor such as furniture, rugs, and storage.

Across the street from the outlets and right behind Ford’s Garage, a new shopping plaza is currently being built off of State Road 56.

One of the stores being built is called Earth Fare. Earth Fare is a supermarket that is known for selling healthy and organic foods, founded in 1975. All products sold are free of high fructose corn syrup, artificial fats and trans-fats, artificial colors, artificial preservatives, artificial sweeteners, bleached or bromate flour, and do not contain antibiotics or growth hormones. 

Also being built is Burlington. When it was first established in 1924, Burlington was known for selling women’s coats and junior suits. In 1972, an outlet store opened and they began selling men’s clothes and accessories. Now they sell a variety of items, including home decor.

Home Goods is another store coming soon to the new plaza, similar to At Home Decor Superstore. It sells furniture, bedding, and home accents.

Five Below, also going into the plaza, sells a variety of things such as cell phone cases and chargers, clothes, candy, and holiday items for Halloween, Easter, and Christmas, all for under five dollars.

Before the Tampa Premium Outlets were built, there were cows and ranches on both sides of State Road 56. Now, there is an outlet mall, many different restaurants, and home decor stores. All of these places were built in less than five years and it looks like Wesley Chapel will continue this upward growth trend in the coming years.
