The Stampede

Catherine White
I'm currently a sophomore at Wiregrass Ranch High School and when I am collecting new ideas for my next article I can be found in a variety of places at school. I am part of the cheer team at Wiregrass, where I practice for games and competition three to four times out of the week. Alongside athletics, I am committed to at least four clubs for my sophomore year: Student Council, Key Club, Chess Club, and Class of 2019 in which I was previously Class President. However, academics come first for me as an honors/AP student and most of my time out of school is spent on homework. When I am not working on homework, practicing, or participating in a club meet, I can be found reading some of my favorite books (specifically Looking for Alaska and Catcher in the Rye), binge-watching Criminal Minds on Netflix, and practicing my music (Piano and Cello).
